The practice of yoga

It is possible to achieve this state when practicing yoga, meditation, mantra chanting, following different series of positions associated to breathing techniques that make the energy flow in your body and possibly awaken your inner Kundalini
What is Kundalini?
Kundalini comes from the Sanskrit word kundala which means “coiled one” and represents the primal force that lies at the base of the spine and can be awakened through the practice of Kundalini yoga to unblock the chakras along the body up through the crown and enlighten the practitioner.
